Merry Christmas

Hi everyone,
Merry Christmas!
I hope you all had a fantastic day and were kind and helpful to others.
Did anyone get a very special present?

I spent the day fishing with my parents and Jono. We caught...........nothing, but we still had an awesome day in the sunshine.

Postcard Week 9

Well done to Emma who received the postcard today. She has had an awesome year with her learning, and achievements in lots of areas. It was also Emma's last day it Parkvale today. She is moving to the Netherlands to live with her family!
What an exciting adventure! (Also, Robin van Persie lives there, if you see him, Jono says hi!😄)

Postcard Week 8

This week the postcard went to two people for the first time.
Georgia and Liske are both excellent students with awesome attitudes and fantastic behaviour. They are the first two people to offer to help someone, or to do a job. They are both very competitive and super calm under pressure.
Well done girls!

Prizegiving

Well done to all of the students who participated in prizegiving this afternoon. It was great to see so many parents there to acknowledge their children's achievements and successes.

Well done to our academic achievers Ruby, Victoria, Liske, Georgia, Casey, Bodie, Tia, Skyla, Mya, George, Oskar and Paige. Amazing effort guys!

Well done to our Pride winners, Liske, Georgia, Victoria, Khushi, Keighan and Logan. Being a Pride award winner is such a compliment to your kindness and compassion for others.

Well done to Caitlin who was a part of the winning hockey team this year. Superstar effort!

Here is a lovely moment between George and his mum Leah, I bet it won't be too long before he is really that tall!

Elvis

Elvis was found this morning playing a game with Rory, it is great to see they have made friends!

Triathlon success

Today we had the Nga Rakau Nui Triathlon. I was very proud of the excellent performances of all the kids. There were so many students who really pushed themselves, especially those who did all three events.

Well done to Liske who was the fastest Year 4 girl or boy to finish today.

Here are some of the pictures.

Tired Elvis

When we got to school today, Elvis has made himself a bed and was taking a nap in the tissue box! He must have been so tired from his visit to the North Pole last night!

Havelock Pools trip

Hi everyone,
We are desperately needing more parents for our trip on Monday. We need 7 per class, and at the moment, we do not have enough.
If you can help, please let us know.
Thank you
Mrs Love
